Our primary language pairs are Italian with English, German, French, Spanish, and Dutch. For software and tech projects we also work with Polish, Swedish, and Portuguese through specialist partners. Arabic is available for legal and corporate documentation. If you have a specific pair, contact us before ordering and we will tell you clearly whether we can deliver it and at what quality standard.
Every project is assigned based on subject-matter qualification, not availability. A financial document goes to someone with finance experience. A software localisation project goes to someone who has worked in software products. A legal contract goes to someone with a legal background. We do not assign by general language ability alone, and we do not use translation memory output without human review.
Standard projects of 2,000 to 3,000 words are delivered in 3 to 4 working days. The Express package covers up to 2,000 words in 4 to 5 working days. Rush 24-hour delivery is available as an add-on for projects up to 1,500 words in straightforward categories. Larger or more complex projects are scoped at quoting stage with a confirmed deadline.
Yes. We accept XLIFF, PO, JSON, CSV, and most standard localisation file formats. For software clients, we can also work directly within your localisation management platform if you use tools like Phrase, Crowdin, or Lokalise. CAT tool compatibility is part of our standard workflow for software and tech projects.
Standard projects are priced per source word with rates varying by language pair, document type, and urgency. You receive a fixed confirmed quote before work begins. The packages on the pricing page cover specific word volumes. Projects outside those ranges are quoted individually. There are no post-delivery price revisions on a confirmed quote.
If the delivered translation does not match the agreed brief, we offer free revisions for 14 days from delivery. For fundamental quality issues that revision cannot resolve, we discuss partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis. Our refund rate in four years of operation has been effectively zero.
